Air Probe Sanitizer – Unprecedented installation flexibility The Commercial Series is a complete, flexible, design with included uprights and shelf brackets that can be adjusted on the job site, with no compromise in UV irradiation. In fact, the Commercial Series design is such that it maximizes airstream disinfection exposure time, as the lamps are suspended in the air with 360-degree UV dispersion. PL-L Enhanced UV Lamps Air Handlers thermally optimized germicidal UV Lamps are standard, allowing higher UV lamp output in cold air conditions. PureVOLT Electronic Power The Air Probe Sanitizer utilizes exclusively the PureVOLT with IntelliVolt technology specifically designed for the PL-L lamp. Air Probe Sanitizer Coil Irradiation Equipment For Commercial HVAC Systems Specification Sheet 1. Scope of supply  The coil irradiation equipment shall consist of durable, uprights, shelf brackets, UVC Lamps, electronic power supplies, and aluminum housing. A. Uprights and Shelf Brackets  i. To optimize installation the Air Probe Sanitizer shall be installed using uprights that can be adjusted to specific coil height.  ii. Adjustment capabilities enable the installation of equipment to fit a wide range of applications, while utilizing the same product.  iii. The uprights and shelf brackets shall be constructed of aluminum and stainless steel connectors.  iv. To ensure maximum exposure the fixture with lamps must be mounted so that lamps are suspended in airstream. B. UVC Lamps  i. Lamp shall be utilized in cold air conditions to provide maximum thermal optimization of the germicidal UVC Lamps.  ii. The lamp when plugged into socket on the fixture housing shall have no wires or electrical connections exposed to the UV radiation.  iii. The UVC lamp shall be twin tube PL-L type, 4 pin base, and will produce germicidal band UVC of 253.7nm.  iv. Each lamp will require 18 watts @ 120V thru 277V  v. The UVC lamps shall produce 85% of the initial UVC output at end of warranty life (9000 hours), or 65% of initial UVC output at extended life (27,000 hours).  vi. The UVC lamps shall contain no more than 5 milligrams of mercury.  vii. Lamps will be located no greater than 12 inches downstream the coil face(12” to 18” recommended), no greater than 12 inches apart horizontally and no greater than 24 inches vertically.  viii. Lamps will supply an initial UV intensity of 560 uW/cm2 C. Electronic Power Supply  i. Electronic power supplies shall operate on universal voltages from 120VAC to 277VAC at either 50 or 60Hz.  ii. Electronic power supplies shall have a power factor of greater than 96%.  iii. Each power supply shall draw no more than 0.78A @ 120V or 0.33A @ 277V per lamp on fixture. 2. Installation A. Equipment shall be installed on the supply side of the coil, and provide total coil surface irradiation by continuous exposure to the UVC lamps. B. Power connections can be made at either end of coil depending on fixture installation. C.
